Q: What products do you offer?
A: Complete machine: We mainly produce different specifications of flat-top tower cranes, boom luffing tower cranes, single-cage/double-cage construction hoist and passenger elevators.
Accessories: Supplying all kinds of electrical components such as electric motors, drives, resistors, complete switchboards or hooks, all kinds of industrial electrical equipment such as transformers, electronic steering boards and kits, joystick steering wheel, contactor, diode, bimetal.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: If the goods are in stock, usually 5-10 days. Or if the goods are not in stock, then 15-20 days, depending on the quantity.Always welcome you to visit China for ordering!
Q: About the warranty period
A: Each product sent out enjoys a one-year/2000 working hours warranty period. During this period, if there is a material or workmanship defect and the spare part is in normal working condition, we will repair or replace the defective part free of charge .
