ZTM Tower Crane Main Feature
1. We use inclined ladders, equipped with hot-dip galvanized resting platforms for each mast section, and install a platform for every 3 mast sections. This design ensures the safety of operators and complies with European Union FEM standards.
2. The jib adopts a quick connection, pin shaft connection, special patented design, which can be installed and connected in the air, making it easier to install and disassemble the crane, saving time.
3. Our mechanism is M5 level (the life span is twice that of other M4 levels)
4. The traditional Chinese tenon and tenon design is adopted to balance stress, prevent weld cracking, and ensure the safety of the steel structure.
5. Our cab is three-proof (dustproof, waterproof and anti-corrosion). The built-in air conditioner in the cab makes the driver feel comfortable, and the environment in the cab is constant temperature and humidity to protect the service life of electrical components.
6. The PLC is Siemens and the electrical cabinet is authorized by ABB. Electrical components are not easy to damage, safer and more efficient.
7. Intelligent control and self-monitoring system, with multiple functions such as anti-overshoot, anti-skid hook, anti-shake, anti-snagging during lifting, and anti-slip of the trolley.
8. Use Korean imported brand KCC spray paint, spray three layers of paint, significantly improve the adhesion and durability of the tower crane spray paint.
