Producing process
We will conduct batch inspections on all raw materials that enter the factory. The inspection items include material chemical analysis, low power and high power (metallography) and material hardenability (mainly for the round steel used in the production of pins).
We have invested a lot of money to purchase high-end production equipment to ensure the precision of the products. In each welding process, there are dedicated QC personnel for quality inspection. At the same time, we are applying non-destructive inspection to ensure welding quality.
